LOI ENGINEERS has a long-established record of being the preferred geotechnical and CMT service firm for residential projects. We have participated in several large-scale residential projects including the Montecillo Land Development Apartments. LOI ENGINEERS was instrumental in performing the geotechnical and materials testing for the development of several acres of land with multiple land uses and slope stability. Our firm was crucial in the continued growth of the El Paso area.
