Bernardino Olague, P.E., PMP.

The operations of LOI ENGINEERS are directed by Mr. Bernardino Olague. Mr. Olague has just over 30 years of progressive experience, and has been successfully practicing engineering in both the private and public sectors since he was first licensed in 1996. Committed to education and development, Mr. Olague has a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He obtained his Project Management Professional certification in January 2017. Furthermore, Mr. Olague is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Committed to his community and the development of the border region, he has participated in binational water resource projects along the U.S. – Mexico border. Mr. Olague participates in several professional organizations and has been commended for his dedication to his work and his community. He is an integral role for the smooth operation at LOI ENGINEERS.
