Jesus Baca, P.E., PMP, M.Sc

Heading our Construction Materials Testing Department is Mr. Jesus Baca, P.E. He brings extensive experience and immeasurable knowledge to the CMT and Quality Control departments at LOI ENGINEERS. Mr. Baca has performed multiple concrete, asphalt and soils testing procedures. He has also been instrumental in LOI ENGINEERS’ AASHTO accreditation efforts.  Mr. Baca has a master’s degree of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso after the successful completion of his thesis work focused on the study of “Geotechnical Aspects of Martian Regulate Simulants.” He has received his Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institution in 2022. Mr. Baca expects to obtain his PhD in the years to come.
