Their qualifications and dedication are essential to the continued success of LOI ENGINEERS. Our overall team is led by Mr. Bernardino Olague, P.E., PMP. Our units consist of Mr. Manuel A. Quiñones, our program manager, a Geotechnical Engineering Unit led by Mr. Geoffrey A. Madrazo. A Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Services Unit led by Ms. Joselyn V. Roman. An Exploration Unit supervised by J. Fernando Lazcano, a Business Development team led by Mr. John D. Cordova, P.E., PMP, and an excellent Administrative support team.
